I am a concept product design engineer having 20 years of work experience in designing of Automotive and Tractor. I used to participate world concept design competition of Peugeot Car Design and Rado Watch Design. I used to concept design of product though my startup organisation, "Creative Ideas". I observed Big organisation are only focused in business volume and reviews. After working four organisation, I found, thinking about product design and solving problem of society are not allowed in some big organisation, they only speaks about business reviews and percentage of profitability. Some group inside West Bengal damage brain when I try to create concepts or any innovation. Earlier they use physical weapon, rod, stick and stone, knife etc. Now they are using invisible weapon like cyber knife, proton therapy, radiation therapy. West Bengal administration given freedom to them to grow than necessary organisation.

Inside West Bengal, Government does not encourage enthusiastic citizen to innovative and provide infrastructure for them, despite of talented Bengali community has demonstrated international sucess and achievements in field of Science and Technology, Medical Science, Sports, Music, Movie, Arts, designing and every possible field. However Political party rulled government interested in describing suicide of Doctor Subhash Mukhapadhy, Dr. Piue Ghosh, and manufacturing of PETO during Vote Festival. It is happening for more than 45 years. In the name of politics they created Naxalites movement, Purulia weapon drop from Airplane. Assassination of people who demand democracy is a common incidents in Bengal in last 50 to 100 years. It is highest in last 10 years. In the Name of Politics they are encouraging terrorism than innovation.
They encourage common civilians inside West Bengal to destroy industry and destroy Government Asset like burning trum, busses and destroy office, school and collage, as political party and selected members of parliament and legislative assembly guide them to do that.
Police Deputy Commissioner Mr Vinod Mehta and his Body Guard Mokhtar Ali was assassinated by political party supported criminals in West Bengal. I tried to save life of Shri Ramesh Tendulkar by Informing Shri Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar of future Heart attack on Shri Ramesh Tendulkar using invisible weapon in 1998. I tried to save life Mr Subrata Roy Sahara by informing them through, email and phone call as a serial killer assassinated his using invisible body mapping wireless weapon. 2 day perio I had send Shri Sourav Ganguly, as he was Pune Warriors Player.
